Ed is funny, because you can believe he does 700k but he can also do 50k - you never know, especially with Christmas songs. Interesting that he has decided to capitalize the season now. This is fourth time in a short time when he is releasing/actively promoting something (Afterglow, Merry Christmas, Sausage Rolls, this).

In theory posting something on social media with 10s of millions of followers is fantastic promo, but it's happened countless times now that an artist has done that with flop singles. So I don't know how effective that really is tbh.
