Jay Z basically strong armed the Grammys into it. To be honest all were good albums but really Chappell, Sabrina, Billie had the best three but I don’t begrudge Beyonce finally winning that one even if it feels like a “here, stop complaining now” awars

Feels like a bit of a faux pas to suggest that there has to be something ulterior behind it and that Beyoncé can't just win an award on her own merit but hey.

Nice start for Kim Wilde even though i know it will be very front loaded, im hoping she can stay top 40, not sure what to expect sales wise from the Weeknd, im guessing maybe 40k for the week.
Wow, wasn't expecting to see Kim Wilde that high - her last album 7 years ago reached #21 but I'm not expecting this to stay top 40 tbh.
I thought Kim would be higher tbh. She’s been doing loads of TV promo recently and the album is influenced by one of her most popular albums.
Looks like “Indigo” and “Headlock” could fall out of the top 40 this Friday.

Headlock will stay in, it's now at 23 on Spotify. Maybe even a new peak?

One year since you gave up, but you're still relentlessly complaining about the state of the chart? :???:

1 year now I give up official get worst and worst no blood police make return just scrap official chart..."

And you commented at least once on the Chart thread last Friday whist the chart was on... So have you really given up on it?

Maribou State and Rory top 5 ❤️ - are they playing the multi format game or has the British public got taste?

Yet your the one that campaigns for the same stale christmas songs to chart high every year :P

I'd take one nanosecond of Taylor's last album over the entire Beyonce fake country album

each to their own

Neither deserved lol.

Should have been Chappell Roan. Not even my personal favourite but it was mighty impressive how it went from absolute dust on release to then have the impact it did.

Beyonce will have got it to shut everyone up about her never winning it.

Sales now here!

Three cheers for the static top 5! Another hideously stale week on the charts, surprise bloody surprise. :nocheer:

He decided to make that attack on the Grammys unprompted and unprovoked 10 months ago just before her album was about to drop. https://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-13...best-album.html
