Very reputable source! With Alex's streaming lead I doubt even the physicals can give Ed a number one now if these are the actual sales

How many physicals do we think he have? What? 20K? that's huge amount. I mean... the gap between them is huge, and if nobody really that into that song, why the sales will be that high?

Amazon pretty convenient free shipping and cheap so could be good sales for sure. TBH he’d prolly need 30k to beat Alex but should guarantee top 5 maybe 2 which wouldn’t be too bad

Just looked on Amazon and says Ed CDs are 30th April.

It wouldn't make sense to release them now and still not make #1. Leave it 3 weeks for Alex to tail off a bit and then release them and get a better chance of #1.

It’s all relative though. Whatever will sell 5k at those prices as the fans will pay it whereas Ed Sheeran knows passive fans will shell out 2 quid for 30k of them?

Where is this 30k figure coming for Ed? Didn't he sell just under 40k of the 99p signed CD singles? I honestly think he'll sell around 5-7k max.

People bought the CD singles before as a bit of a novelty getting something signed for 99p I can't see anywhere near 30k physicals being sold.
