SoundClash returns with cover songs from the 21st Century going head to head with each other.

She is known as the Queen of Motown Records, and as the lead singer of The Supremes, Diana Ross has become one of the most successful female artists of her generation.

  • Honestly… neither but of the two, STEPS I guess.

Ooh this is a tough one! Both are very enjoyable! (Totally forgot about that Amelie cover until now)

Went for Amerie. Listening to it now, it’s aged really well. Steps’ cover, while great, doesn’t deviate as much from the original.

Unlikely I would ever vote against Steps. This is no exception. Flawless cover for me

Steps, of course.

It's probably better than the original.

Steps, it's not one of my favourites from them but the Safri Duo-esque drums worked well on it and gave it a fresh lick of paint.

Amerie's was decent though too.
