Ejected in 3rd with a not so natural 48.38709677% of the vote are S Club 7. This was a cover of a French song: “Tous Les Maux D’amour” by Norma Ray. Both tracks sample the classical piece “Pavane” by Gabriel Fauré. This reached #3 in September 2000, incredibly making it the 2nd lowest peaking of S Club’s 11 hits.

  • I wish, but two separate things, as I felt the rarity of a Rachel-led S Club single instead of Jo was as noteworthy as the oboe sample

Gonna go with Good Charlotte I think. Amazed it's got to the final though. Mika's is good too though so would also be fine with that winning.

Mika to win. S Club 7 put up quite a big fight there to reach the top three.

Voted for Good Charlotte but justice for Rachel Stevens and the oboe on 'Natural' x

Does Rachel play the oboe on the record?! Or are you just highlighting 2 separate good things about “Natural”? 😆 x
