This is why using the quote feature is important 😂

  • I think “Sapphire” is on ACR - guess it just does very well at the beginning of the week.

Official Charts Report

Doja Cat is set to claim this week’s highest new entry on the Official Singles Chart as Jealous Type heads straight for the Top 20.

Landing at Number 13 on the Official Chart: First Look, if it stays on track it’ll mark Doja’s 19th Top 40 single in the UK.

Meanwhile, HUNTR/X of KPop Demon Hunters are currently speeding towards a fourth non-consecutive week at Number 1 with Golden - though their in-movie rivals the Saja Boys are beginning to catch up with Soda Pop (2), up one place after 48 hours.

Olivia Dean could earn her highest-charting single to date with Man I Need, up four places on the First Look to Number 4, while American singer and songwriter Sombr could see 12 to 12 also lift four to enter the Top 10 for the first time (10).

Finally, Ed Sheeran’s most recent single A Little More could leap 11 places to a new peak of Number 15.

The Official Chart: First Look offers a first glance of the Top 20 ahead of Friday’s Official Singles Chart Top 100. The chart is based on preliminary sales and early streaming reports.

I hadn’t really paid attention to Olivia Dean until this year for no particular reason, but I’m really liking these recent singles and I’m happy to see that she’s on course for her first Top 5 single! Funny to think before this year her only Top 40 was an “Alexa Play Christmas Songs” generated hit.

Yesss sombr Top 10, hope he holds on.

Doja Cat #13 cheeseblock Really hope Jealous Type becomes massive for her!

Need video evidence of your vocal performance so we can all judge fairly 🤣

Damn I was really hoping for No Broke Boys to advance and snag a week

Ooh that's a really good top 5, didn't think Laufey would be top 3 (and above Deftones)! Hope they can all stay in there.

yes amazing for Laufey!

The article says#2 are not far behind #1 but kinda doubt it

not half bad for Sombr, wish they had waited and synchronized the physicals though...

I think that's a really great position for sombr, I imagine he'll hold up better than most of the new releases too!

Ooh an all new top 6 in albums won't be like that come Friday probably, but would be nice to see oasis out of top 5 🤣

Poor Ava Max! Is she gonna go the way of Jonas Brothers and Maroon 5 and miss the top 100?

I thought it was one of the most wholesome cinema experiences I've had to date. It was so cute hearing everyone singing (not me though - my anxiety wouldn't allow it! Lmao)

The Oasis - Complete Studio Album Collection is pretty expensive,

it's very nice cos it's all their studio albums together + The Masterplan

but it's 300 pounds on vinyl and 60 pounds on CD

If you went with a bunch of shouty uni students like I did you probably wouldn't be thinking that! 😁
