Agree that it’s Sigur Ros vs Bjork. Name power always helps but both are very good songs, which helps even more.

Much as I do like both of them I will be rooting for some of the more obscure artists to at least be in contention as well (don't even have to look as far as a different language to find another song that deserves just as much success x). Lots of good stuff here.

I really liked the idea that Dan had for the contest but there was very little here that aligned well with my taste and I found this one a struggle to vote in tbh... although well done to whoever entered Bjork for coming up with a track I've never heard before from her. I can see where Severin was coming from with his Eurovision comment, and whilst the foreign language element definitely gives that sort of vibe a bit, it's also the style of quite a lot of the songs that gives that feeling. Although I guess it is much more difficult to find older songs in foreign languages than it is newer ones.

I think he's sent us a PM to state that he is away on holiday now. So expect no votes from him sadly.

As much as I love Sigur Rós and Björk (the latter is my favourite artist), they wouldn't make for particularly interesting winners as they're more known. The songs are great though which helps lol.
