Cool that we are getting more info about 21-40 the last couple of weeks but last week the new entries in that region already dropped off a lot even by the Monday midweeks - iconic that Danny Brown gets a brief midweek top 40 appearance anyway (albeit unmentioned in the article x), yet another artist coming to be gifted an overdue first singles chart appearance by Fred again.. assuming it won't be collapsing 61 places!

Don't know how true this is but it was posted yesterday.

Taylor Swift’s The Life of a Showgirl begins its second chart week at #2 on the UK Albums Chart in today’s Sunday update, with 11,994 sales

Be interesting if those numbers are correct, ( we will find out Mondays update soon anyway) only 2 I can see having bigger sales than Taylor so far are Buble, and Tom odell, Taylors gonna have a lot of streaming data missing regardless

Tom Odell definitely won't be up there - it's a re-issue of an album that came out a few weeks ago, and it's only available digitally.

I'd be very surprised if that's true.

Richard Ashcroft maybe? His albums usually seem to do really well first week.

I'm sceptical how true that is though.

The Chain #71 in the update! Could finally go top 75.

Not sure what would inherit the record as biggest seller to not reach the top 75.

Ain't No Mountain High Enough would, 4x platinum and number 80 peak 👍

Also noticed Escapism is back on ACR now that it's 3 years old

Highly unlikely that the 2 remaining Beatles asked for this release. You should blame HMV for cashing in (sold out on their web site).

I think he's parodying that guy who threw a wobbly in last week's thread about Taylor's variants.
