(James Blake and ROSALÍA getting new UK top 40 hits in back to back weeks would truly be the blessed timeline - still not holding my breath for 'Berghain' charting that highly though, I'll be more than happy with top 100 x)

'PIENSO EN TU MIRÁ' mostly for the sentimental reason that it was the first ROSALÍA song to make my personal chart, back when it was rebooted in 2018!

I wanted to shine a spotlight on the brilliant El mal querer era which didn't even get a page of discussion on the forum at the time. 'MALAMENTE' and 'DI MI NOMBRE' were both nominated in ROTD, by me and you respectively, so that was another reason why I specifically chose this song.

I didn't realise it had 100M+ Spotify streams though! Deserved. x

I think Latin American and Asian artists will be at a big disadvantage if it was based purely on streams tbh. Their markets are absolutely HUGE but may not make an impression anywhere outside of their Countries etc…

The amount of K-Pop I stumble across and they’ve had 100m+ streams or views on YouTube for example lmao.

But her looking likely to get a new entry and we don’t know how high it will go is a fair enough reason tbh.

ROSALÍA has a much bigger following on BuzzJack than pretty much any other Hispanophone artist to be fair, I do love 'PIENSO EN TU MIRÁ' obvz (so anyone who hasn't heard it you still should do, maybe should play it at the SyncTube anyway xo) but I think would be a fair veto regardless of how well 'Berghain' does.
