I'm mainly just being silly so don't shoot but I usually pull a 'year card' from the Tarot for myself at the beginning of every year, so I decided to extend that to BJSC 🤣

I got the Six of Cups (reversed). The card in general has to do with the past, old memories, innocence and playfulness. When reversed, it speaks of potentially clinging too much to the past and nostalgia, needing to be more open to new experiences and not clinging to old glory days. Also speaks of the need to allow yourself to be more playful and have more fun if things have gone too stale and repetitive.

We will have:

• A contest where the winner is within 40 points of #10 (like 180)

• A contest where the winner is over 120 points ahead of #2 (like 176)

• A foreign language winner

• A song makes the final and scores under 70 points (and isn't an autoqualifier)

• At least one winner one would straightforwardly assign to each large bloc (pop, alt and dance)

• A non-qualifier that receives 3 12s

• A debut winner

• A winner who hasn't won for 50 or more contests

• A song that gets at least 8 18s but does not win.

• A deduction costs someone a place in the top 10
