20 hours ago20 hr Author Jimmy-Jam, it all comes down to you again. If you choose to save ABBA, they will be through to the Grand Final of The Pop Factor. If you choose to save Atomic Kitten, we will once again go to deadlock. The fifth time this season. Please give me the name of the artist you want to SAVE and see in the Grand Final..."The responsibility! The agony! The torture!Just kidding.Probably one of the easiest decisions I'll ever have to make. The artist I'm saving tonight is...ABBA"which means congratulations ABBA, you are SAFE and through to the Grand Final of The Pop Factor!Atomic Kitten, sadly your time in the competition has come to an end. You have been absolutely fantastic though and have dark-horsed your way to this point and should be very proud. In just a few moments, we'll reveal the identities of the mentors behind Delta Goodrem and Atomic Kitten, so don't go anywhere.
20 hours ago20 hr Just got off the phone with R Jenny and she said she has a message for you all!“Thank you baby… for nothing!” Edited 20 hours ago20 hr by Lee_J11
20 hours ago20 hr Well done to whoever is behind Atomic Kitten (Joseph?).You've done a good job to get them this far!
20 hours ago20 hr If ever there was going to be a clear cut decision, this really does deserve to be the one. The competition remains very much ON.
20 hours ago20 hr oh that is criminal for Delta to go out with Last Night On Earth, that's one of my absolute favourites of hers, even as someone who isn't on board with everything she does, I thought she'd be quite safe with that.ABBA fighting for their lives with The Day Before You Came as well? Sort your life out Buzzjack.
20 hours ago20 hr Did think ABBA would be fine based on what I knew about Jim's taste! My votes this time:01 Scissor Sisters - Laura02 ABBA - The Day Before You Came03 Lily Allen - Not Fair04 Kelly Clarkson - Because of You05 Atomic Kitten - Love Doesn’t Have to Hurt06 Conan Gray - People Watching07 Delta Goodrem - Last Night on Earth
20 hours ago20 hr ABBA through! Well done, it would have been a total shock if they weren't a part of the final, as in my mind that has been their destiny since this competition began!Well played from Atomic Kitten though, fabulous to have made it this far! I'm glad that BuzzJack has really appreciated them in this.
20 hours ago20 hr Thought ABBA would be ahead of Conan. However my top 5 from this round are through:
20 hours ago20 hr Aww poor Kittens!! Pleased for ABBA though even if I wasn’t super keen on the song choice this round. Honestly, I wasn’t so sure on AK’s chances at the start but they really delivered in the end (especially during the live shows).
20 hours ago20 hr Atomic Kitten definitely delivered and defied the odds. It has been a great showing!
20 hours ago20 hr Yeah, ABBA definitely didn't deserve to be out with that one so pleased to see, still got more than enough classics to win this, I'm interested to see which two they choose (I can give a decent guess at one due to the connotations x)Commiserations to Delta Goodrem and Atomic Kitten, Both not hugely my thing but I was glad to have ranked a few of songs from both highly.

Sadly for Rich and Lukuzz, it wasn't meant to be as Delta Goodrem and Atomic Kitten are eliminated. Could it really have been anyone else behind Delta? Rich has played an absolutely brilliant game as a first-time entrant, getting Delta all the way to the Semi Final against some other undeniably much bigger Solo Female names. Some smart choices, particularly taking advantage of the momentum around the time Eclipse was released, as well as showcasing some beautiful album tracks and forgotten gems. Lukuzz had also been clocked by a couple of people as the mentor behind Atomic Kitten, and has done exceptionally well to get them all the way to here! Compared to how Lukuzz's artist - Tom Aspaul - performed in Season 1, this is a major improvement so you should be really proud of that! Pop nostalgia on both accounts here. Thank you both so much for bringing your best to the competition, it's been amazing!
20 hours ago20 hr Just now, Scene said:Fun fact: The Saturdays still remain the highest-finishing girl group (5th place).Daphne & Celeste coming to stomp all over this record next time x
