Saturday at 19:435 days I don't see any opinions in that post, all I see is 'the song is popular despite all these ways he hasn't promoted it' as if that's a counterargument to some people on here thinking the song is not that great.
Saturday at 19:585 days I think it just shows the state of the charts at the moment and lack of big releases, that we are just going through a period of songs lurking for ages getting number 1 by default of everything else being ACR
Saturday at 20:125 days Funny to think though that if it had gone onto ACR some time last year (which I'm sure it must have come close to doing at least once) I doubt anyone would even have noticed or cared that it would have been on course to be #1 this week if it were on SCR, since there are also several other songs that will probably still be ahead of it on the non-ACR chart. In fairness though its likely rise to #1 is at least coinciding with when it's (somehow) still reaching new highs on streaming. It might be legitimately ahead of RAYE this week I guess but probably not Dave and almost definitely not 'Man I Need'. Just a quirk of it happening to keep avoiding getting 3 declines in a row.

But all of the ACR songs ahead of it have been number 1! All of the top 22 on Apple except one (12 to 12) are: former number 1s; by Olivia Dean; or are on SCR. Or a combination!So I would say it deserves to be number 1 - or if not, then a different Olivia Dean track.

The Bruno Mars song of the same name is back in, coincidentally......speaking of Valentine's Day boosts, new peaks for 'Kiss Me' and 'Stand By Me' in the top 100, and a new entry for Frankie Valli's 'Can't Take My Eyes Off You' at #184.Central Cee feat. J Hus - Slaughter is also new at #186 (can't imagine that on many Valentine's playlists though)

Sunday at 14:584 days “Rein Me In” did 10% more chart sales than “So Easy” last week - that’s a lot when they’re both stable streaming hits. I can’t see why the latter would suddenly overtake officially.
