Phenomenal top 7 here. That Nelly track is amazing, I’m loving getting more into Lux following the iconic Brit performance last weekend, and a great new Delta track - reminds me of Confide in Me by Kylie with those high notes at the end!

06 Delta Goodrem - Eclipse this is another good choice from Delta.

2 ROSALÍA - Reliquia (you never quite know where it’s going next: why not throw a bit of opera in)

3 LiSA - Akeboshi (明け星) (really powerful and I love the orchestral production)

4 Nelly Furtado - Try (a lovely track from just before her megastar makeover)

5 Kelly Clarkson - Haunted (this is good: really enjoy the gritty production)

6 Delta Goodrem - Eclipse (this is certainly very Eurovision: the piano break is my favourite part)

7 Kesha - RED FLAG. (the processed vocals are a bit much for me but it has a decent energy)

8 Chappell Roan - After Midnight (we’re getting into album filler territory I fear but it’s OK)

9 Lily Allen - 22 (sorry have never enjoyed this one musically and I find the lyrics a little clichéd)

Top 3 Nelly songs for me. GORGEOUS. One of my favourites from Kelly's 'My December' era! That's my favourite ROSALÍA song, it's beautiful. Kesha song is a bop! Delta's song is too, but it did pass me by a little. Fun Chappell song, not my favourite though. Lily's is a good choice, but it's always just been "good" and nothing more for me. LiSA has had better entries and that's probably my least favourite FKA Twigs song so far. </3

I think the top 3 are the best songs so far by those three artists.

1. Nelly Furtado - pop perfection. Everything is great about this song and the album is soooo underrated (imo)

2. Delta Goodrem - not my fave song of hers but a good return and hope it does well for her

3. Lily Allen - not my fave of hers either but better than what I’ve ranked below

4. Kesha - there’s a theme here for me

5. Chappell Roan - grew on me with repeat listens

6. Rosalía - love the vocals, song didn’t grow on me much though

7. Kelly Clarkson - wanted to like this more

8. Lisa - alright

9. FKA Twigs - liked the vocals, song didn’t do much for me

I do like Kelly too despite the low ranking here but I just don't really connect with the My December era the way others do sadly. Still baffled at LiSA continuing to place so low for so many too because that was another banger x

Hearing 'Reliquia' away from the album has made me appreciate it more, another great ROSALÍA choice. 2-4 very good too - I hadn't paid much attention to the lyrics of '22' before. 5-7 sound decent (loads of big Kelly hits remain unused so she's still my tip to win), Chappell just OK, Kesha I fear may need to break out the stunning 'Eat The Acid' to climb up my votes again.

01 Nelly Furtado - Try - I've always loved the sound of Nelly's first two albums, and this was a definite high point

02 ROSALÍA - Reliquia - great choice, one of the absolute highlights of Lux

03 LiSA - Akeboshi (明け星) - probably my favourite choice of hers so far so wanted to reward it

04 FKA twigs - Stereo Boy - Brave choice but one I like!

05 Chappell Roan - After Midnight - Not one of my favourites of hers tbh, but it's okay

06 Delta Goodrem - Eclipse - I haven't warmed to this yet, but again it's okay

07 Kesha - RED FLAG. - production better than vocals on this one for me

08 Kelly Clarkson - Haunted - I've never managed to get on board with this era from Kelly, and this doesn't change my mind much. I think I prefer her pop moments.

09 Lily Allen - 22 - this has always been my least fave of Lily's singles I'm afraid
