They've never had a non-single go top 40 before and there's a chance they could get two this week, and SWIM will comfortably be the highest charting track they've scored on album release week (as I mentioned before, their other #3 hits as primary artist were standalone singles initially), They'd outsold their last studio album by the Monday update (19.6k at #2) and are on track to beat their best weekly sales figure (37,978 for MAP OF THE SOUL : 7 in 2020). It's a strong showing for them I'd argue!

Pleased to see Jane still at #5 even though she’s ‘only’ added 672 sales since the Monday update - although decent in today’s world with only 1 format released and I’m sure next to no streaming sales.

Random is great though let's just say I've listened to Bad 27 times today thanks to one edit on MJ about the new biopic film and now i just can't stop listening to his music again

he's one of my favourite artists of all time but haven't listened to him on that peak level since 2017

Heard that Bebe track for the first time today. #41 is at least 200 places too high. Reminds me of that absolute car crash Ella Henderson made of Children recently, or Ava Max made of Shakira. Please stop 😅!

3,4 and 5 put on 10 k between Monday and Tuesday. I think BTS will hold on to Top 5 but its touch and go

And the prior #3 singles were fully in English too, Swim being bilingual and performing this well is really good for them. Apart from those two tracks, the also bilingual ‘Boy With Luv’ is their only other song to get a 2nd week in the top 40.

'SWIM' is entirely in English as well!

Potentially but it would probably be behind all the KATTDO tracks so won't be making the singles chart any time soon.
