Think most of early work from Kesha, Pitbull, LMFAO, Jason Derulo, David Guetta. And individual songs like Dynamite by Taio Cruz, Just Dance by Gaga, I Gotta Feeling etc.Never associated the genre with Beauty and The Bieb before but yeah does make sense, Zedd’s drop, the production, the lyrics. All stereotypical recession pop.

April 15Apr 15 I'd be surprised to see Beauty and a Beat in the conversation for #1, I think its momentum will run out sooner rather than later, but I'd love to be proved wrong. Honestly I'm rooting for a top 10 peak and that'll more than satisfy me, who'd have called this happening a week ago?

April 15Apr 15 I’d ordinarily be happy cos it’s one of his best songs and I used to looove hearing it on nights out but I haven’t listened to Minaj since all of her transphobic remarks so I can’t say I’m as overjoyed as I otherwise would’ve been by this resurgence.
