"CONFESSIONS II" is holding up better than I thought it would

I thought Confessions II might have a drop into the 30s this week, I'm really pleased with that!

Yeah I'm so happy with how this is holding up! Tension went 1-8-36-83, so this is holding up better than that on week 3 and that had an actual hit single (2 if you count the title track).

I understand that fans liked the album, because the majority of these sales are physical.

#10 in the mids for week 3 is way beyond my expectations, incredible result!! 🤩

Ooh... I was expecting it to be down to something like #31 today so quite shocked it's still #10.

I guess two top 40 hits and two songs making the R1 playlist is a bit of a help, but it's just a decent album which is getting prolonged attention past week 1, which is awesome for a legacy act album in 2026.

Can Danceteria get an unexpected third week Top 100?

Tbf I call bull on a lot of that! Why wouldn't they already plan it for a release after performing it on one of the biggest stages in the world? The whole thing about canvassing streaming services etc, why not do that before the planned performance which clearly wasn't a last minute thing?

Great hold! I think it should stay in top 15 by Friday.
