I think it's entirely fair that this discussion has cropped up given the movie and subsequent chart revival, I just don't think we need to be reminded any time MJ is discussed that he's an alleged "no

Please I don't need MJ the nonce at #1.

No need

How can we do it though? It looks like MJ is still increasing…

If the push it all over the socials etc like the Kylie or spice girls loons etc they are challenging for number 1 🙌

Its extremely accurate though.

Why people are streaming the work of a paedophile who paid off his victims/ wanting to give their estate more money - idk?

He is not convicted. That's why.

But this Variety interview of Leaving Neverland director is worth reading

An multi million payout to Jordan Chandlers family in 1993. Why pay that if he had nothing to hide?

Aye because he paid off his victims in the early 90's!

Y'all can support him - I just continue to find it weird in 2026 that its happening, and agree with Mack :)

Anyway, back to lurking 🤣

I think it's entirely fair that this discussion has cropped up given the movie and subsequent chart revival, I just don't think we need to be reminded any time MJ is discussed that he's an alleged "nonce" - it shoots down any further discussion of his music in the charts right now and becomes quite tedious to read, like anything that's posted repetitively I guess.

The power of social media that will aid Westlife for the #1 album spot.

Not sure about that. Their fanbase doesn't seem very social media/streaming heavy when compared to others who might be releasing greatest hits.

Sam Fender and Olivia Dean would there be aware of the record for most weeks at #1?

I'm just hoping MJ will decline quickly like the JB songs did. It's so uncomfortable imo.

They won't decline as fast but of course 3 weeks in decline means ACR right away and I think that will happen from next week onwards. Billie Jean was up only 18k week-on-week in Spotify streams on Sunday.

Great to see Mel C still top 40 today as it means she will get that 2nd week top 100 at worst.

Was hoping Super Furry Animals would be far higher today than number 42 as i don't think they will chart now on Friday.

Can someone with more experience explain to me how from 12.7k in Tuesday’s update, MJ went to have almost 30k on Friday?

There were another 4 days of streaming numbers that were yet to be counted at that point

I would say Go is pretty fresh despite released 2015, similar to Babydoll (2018). Both are proper hits for the first time.

Goes to check where it peaked on my personal chart back then?!
