Oh I hope that those sales are included for this week then, could hopefully secure another week top 40 which would be AMAZING! I'm keeping everything crossed. I'm so pleased it looks pretty certain to be top 100 for a second week anyway.

Ps Melanie C album did manage a second week in the top 200 so didn't completely fall out (we cling to the small successes lol 😂)

Difficult for Westlife to stay there, unless they decide to do some more promo. I dont know…. Shame they are really close to reaching the no.1 spot

That’s cool for The Covasettes, I think I’ve mentioned this before but I went to the same school as the lead singer and we were in the same English class during sixth form good for him / them.

Do they not have more promo lined up? Melanie sold nearly 10k from her first midweek position. If they sell another 10k they will outsell Michael's last week sales.

That was a strange week last week, almost all albums took off despite having a tuesday update even…. I doubt Westlife can go up to 30k now, something around 25-26k with the current situation is more possible…. :/

I knew Westlife would be front loaded with pre-orders but I wondered if they'd miss #1.

I hope they can stay there though, they won't be as heavy on streaming as MJ.

I wondered why Westlife were on BGT on Saturday and it all makes sense now I missed the part of them plugging the album as I think only the tour was covered 😅

Im a bigger fan of Michael than i am of them so of the hits album id rather him stay there!
