23k is a pretty big lead no?

The original/official update showed 30k not 37k so that’s what I was going with

Sure, that's fine, I don't have a horse in that race, but you're positing Sam Fender and/or his team complaining to the OCC to prevent it from happening. Seems like an attack on character based on spe

    20 Madonna - Danceteria

I'm disappointed in Sienna's sales but I think I predicted 17k for the week and she'll definitely pass this with all the show / ticket bundles added today (Plus the personally signed hasn't been added)

Madonna's sales are amazing, the £3.99 download should give her downloads a big boost too (Not sure she'll manage my prediction of 55-60k now but potentially 50k?)

Madonna easily has it, Olivia R did 22k last week so no need to worry

Add the numbers in brackets up that first number is a typo

That’s not as comfortable a lead for Madonna as I’d hoped, let’s hope they’re on the ball this week

Unless there's a surprise release by Beyoncé or Taylor Swift, I think Madonna is a safe bet for number one.

Glad to hear it! Yes I agree she’s very safe now. I’m shocked Sienna has sold so many physicals, to be honest I’ve barely heard of her

I think this proves why variants should be banned from the charts, people get all catty about it even though they go out an do the exact thing they complain about.. It's just all very desperate in my eyes regardless of who it is. In the grand scheme of things it doesn't represent anything really, especially in the streaming era and its certainly not an achievement worth recognising.

I totally agree. its a manipulation and expolitation of hard core fans just to generate sales for chart positions and fake records. Charts and supposed "sales" in general now dont seem to have the same meaning and importance as a couple of decades ago. Now its its just something fun to waste some time on. Old records were the real records that had gravity,

The fact that Madonna is on course of getting her best UK first week sales since Rebel Heart is amazing and it's something I wasn't expecting that to happen. I want her to beat MDNA first week sales now.

I think 50k is doable.

The beyonce single isnt exactly rushing up the charts so doubt shed do enough with a half week suprise release

Also Taylors pretty busy this week anyway 🤣

Olivia Dean out of top 5 albums will that hold though

I think she climbs back in at #5. Deep Purple wont be there in the end, the question is if it's Harry or Olivia, and Harry no longer has Wembley dates to keep him above as the week progresses

Can’t believe Madonna’s had to wait 14 years for another UK #1 album, I thought she’d be one of those that would just keep racking them up pretty much automatically. Very unlucky, and Madame X’s sales are even more shocking in hindsight

She got rather unlucky running into Sam Smith as a Mother's Day gift and releasing against an album heavyweight like Bruce Springsteen.

Although in half of that time she hasn't even released an album to be fair.

Madonna is safe for number 1 but i did expect slightly higher sales than she is on but she is still doing very well.

The Variants effect!

I'm so happy for my Queen!!!

Getting married must be pretty crap promo only minor boosts for The life of a showgirl and The fate of ophelia/opalite

Take That at 75 with Sweet July, i wanst expecting this at all so nice to see its managed to show up even in the midweeks as that hasnt happened for a long time.
