Excited to get my Spanish moment, I've been listening to Spanish language music so much since going to Benidorm in May and SANTUARIO CLUB is an absolute banger of mass proportions, as well as introducing a new artist to the contest. So I'm very excited for this one. And a fourth language in 7 contests so you can't tell me NOTHING about playing it too safe.

I know quite a lot this contest - hype to Aesthetica, N DNTN, Altyr and Botanikka, just purely for the ones I've heard but last contest, my favourites were ones that I'd never heard before so we shall see ~

Interesting draw - I think this semi is better for my ALT-pop entry. I know 4 songs from my semi including one from one of my favourite artists (thought she would be at risk for veto), a rave classic, something I had on vinyl, and one song I would have sent when there would have been a BJSC in June.

I am excited for my entry I hope people in my semi are a fan of it

On the crappy site formatting issues, I must confess I did use ChatGPT to save time on that when I hosted (I don’t use AI for creative stuff but to save time on automating admin stuff I sometimes do).

Basically I just had the list of confirmations pasted in a word document, each entry across one line with the hyperlink at the end of each, and then used the prompt ‘add each hyperlink to the other text in the same line in a format that can be posted on BuzzJack.com’ or something like that, and that seemed to do the job.

don’t think I’ve heard anything here, though really excited to hear iceage as I haven’t heard their recent stuff yet. much like DIIV, I loved them when they came out but both kind of fell off my radar until the past couple years. and both appear to be having a kind of renaissance moment which is heartening to see.
