it SHOULD be displaying stupid song by Olivia Rodrigo but Spotify's backend appears to have combined its streams with an ENTIRELY DIFFERENT song, meaning the two may randomly change which one is displayed as being on the daily chart - this has occured on-and-off since at least Thursday, although it's not occuring on my end at the minute it was doing so both yesterday and on Saturday

Really good holds over the weekend for all the new songs. Should all rise in tomorrow's update for Monday with the weekend effect over.

I recall this happening with ‘White Christmas’ and ‘Rockin’ Around The Christmas Tree’

at least those were between different versions of the same song, not just some random obscure digicore(?)-type track by no-name artists 😭 (like I'm pretty familiar with that scene/subgenre and I have NO CLUE who these people are 💀)

No It wasn’t quite that: ‘White Christmas’ charted instead of ‘Rockin’ Around The Christmas Tree’. I have a feeling though that the total streams were higher than the combination of the two - and therefore were several songs combined!

my bad - I misremembered that it was just them combining versions by different artists 💀 still seems a bit less weird than this though
