Im sure the Better In Time (At Number 8) is the Album version and the other two 29 and 30 lets say... Better In Time/Footprints is the Physical single and then FITS at 30 is the Album version of it! I dunno!

I thought, correct me if I'm wrong: #8 = Better In Time (Download) #29 = Better In Time / Footprints In The Sand (Physical) #30 = Footprints In The Sand (Download) In which case #8 and #29 should be combined by Sunday and #30 will chart independently...
