They had an absolutely huge No. 1 hit in the 70s with a version of Amazing Grace. This new album was apparently recorded in a tent in Basra whilst they were out on military service.

 

I'm stunned that WHSmith aren't stocking either Britney Spears or Same Difference!

 

It's interesting to see just HOW much iTunes impacts the chart!

It's a shame Britney's album in the UK doesn't have 'Amnesia' on it that is brilliant

 

I just hope her sales will stay consistent until the new year she deserves it

Amnesia and Phonography are both on the deluxe (physical) along with Rock Me In, and they are well worth the extra £, though haven't watched the DVD yet.

There are big distribution problems at WhSmith, that`s why the stock is not there.

I have the standard version (as well as deluxe) of Circus and both have "Amnesia" on them.

I'm sure Britney will end up 2 this week.

Take That's album is a bit front loaded, with the way its selling it could easily do half a million in a week.

in one way wouldnt want it to be #1 but on the other - yeah if its a quick turn over at number 1 with new entry replaceing new entry - will be just l;ike old days again when their were like 42 #1 per year...!!!

Yes its meant to be but to be honest if the other Supermarkets keep their prices of the album low then so will Asda.
