I don't mind Dalisska getting in ahead of me though seeing as it was my 10 pointer and they deserved a place in the final with that

Sara's contest was so small it was smaller than some semis :lol:

 

OK, I've just got in and so I've got some cathing up to do...

 

First and most importantly: OMG what a contest! Right up to the wire! La Roux a very deserving winner even if I personally preferred Frankmusik

 

Second: Brilliant job Pavel - immense host

 

Third: WTF! AAAA OMG!! BELINDA!!! :o Where did she come from?! I really really didn't expect anything inside the top twenty, let alone my second top ten and never a top five after seeing all the odds!!!

 

Fourth: Huge thank yous to Nickodonia, Inner Massivia, Frahliso, Herzebania, Ashton, Torchwood, Quotosibb ( :o ), Dalisska, Tapatilandia, Ojnoj, US of Jack, Land of Jack, Juranabaijan, Kathaldazia, Bhangra, JRK-off, ICR, Fervorosia and Angelicland - I'm hugely appreciative of all of your votes it means loads

 

Fifth: OK let's get down to the nitty gritty with who finished where. Ashton are far too low down! 20th? only just ahead of Boney M? :o shock horror

Otherwise I think this was a pretty sensible contest, I don't really disagree with any positions and I think it's great that a supposedly low quality contest can produce some brilliant winning tracks - Once again thanks Pavel

I liked Belinda but I think that was definitely a better song than the two you showed me, they might have got 1-3 points from me. Maybe I should give you points more often, on the two occasions I have done you came top ten. :kink:

Tis sad though. A male will most likely never win BJSC. If Darin or Frankmusik couldn't, doubt anyone could for a good while.

 

Frankmusic was poor though - received massive overhype from very early on. Finished 17th in Inner Massivia scoring 5/10 joint with Le Roux, another example of overhype.

I'm glad RBW Flopped. I thought Ashton were over hyping that really! Mdice and Kopecka had the songs to back up their hype! RBW didn't :(
