Solange would be IMMENSE :o  I could actually imagine it getting her some deserved success as well...for a single.

-_- ^ Nah it'll be Nathan part 2 -_-

When Davina was on Paul O'Grady she revealed that she knew who was on the show for once but she wouldn't say anything. When he asked her if there was anyone big on the show she said something like there were some I wouldn't know, but the younger people will and there are some people I know that they wouldn't as well. Which seems to be code for "it's the usual bunch of has beens and nobodies" I can imagine if Whitney Houston was on the show she'd have said there was someone bi confirmed - she's a has been but pretty much everyone knows her.

You watch too much TV :heehee:

Oh dear, you're old. Actually, I don't blame you.

Mutya was in the original line up of the Sugababes and was the second one to leave. She was known as the one that could sing by some. Released 'Real Girl' last year.

Solange is Beyoncé's younger, more talented but less successful, sister. She released her album and single here this year with very little success.

Raven is a Disney girl. She had a show on the Disney channel where she's a psychic and she was in the Cheetah Girls films so the Disney Channel, she also releases music in the US but doesn't have much success. If you've seen Dr. Dolittle I think she played the oldest daughter of the doctor.

Out of those three I can only see Mutya being on it. Raven isn't known here, she hardly is in the US and Solange just seems too unrealistic.

Thanks ^_^ heard Real Girl but never knew who sing it

LOL I feel right old :o

Alllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllll I know is....oh dear.

CBB is vile.

I agree! I thought after the fiasco of the last one they'd call it a day (I mean ... they didn't even have any celebrities in it did they?) The only one I knew was the bloke from the A Team. If they are going to have this bloody thing they could do worse than ask Ron Jeremy to take part ... at least he'd make the 'night-camera' viewing a laugh!

I'm just looking forward to Big Brother's Big Mouth. The next big thing in comedy, Jack Whitehall has been confirmed as the regular host! :D

Don't blame you for not knowing some of them - they do rather scrape the bottom of the barrel

Quiet you... <_<

Well it works both ways, there are plenty of people from before my time that I wouldn't have heard of.

Solange and Raven are pretty much unknown to the general public anyway.

Oh he's hilarious. Didn't he perform a weeks worth of episodes for normal BBBM this year?

Mutya: I’m Not On Celebrity Big Brother

Posted in News | No Comments December 6th, 2008 by Kal

Mutya Buena has claimed she isn’t one of the new Celebrity Big Brother contestants.

The former Sugababe had been heavily tipped to enter the reality show’s house and although she refused to reveal some of her future plans, she said being on the reality TV show wasn’t one of them.

“I am recording at the moment so hopefully things won’t be out until most probably next year, I think the middle. I am excited but I am working on some other stuff as well,” she said at the Capital Rocks! bash.

Asked about what else she was working on, she smiled: “Oh, a secret!”

And asked whether it was Celebrity Big Brother, she said: “No… I am denying it - I am not in it.”

Mutya’s mum also confirmed to our helper Alissa that she is not going to be on CBB - so it was all rumours.

Thanks to MutyaOnline ^_^

Agreed.

I'm not a fan, but I did see her freakout video on some TV News Station, She NEEDS to be on Celeb BB.

Throw in Mutya and maybe Javine Hylton and let them b**ch to the DEATH.

DAY 15: I STILL HATE THIS SHOW

You don't have to wait much longer, rumour has it this season is only 3 weeks long.

'Celeb BB' chiefs struggle to recruit stars

By Daniel Kilkelly, Entertainment Reporter

Celebrity Big Brother producers have struggled to convince stars to appear on the new series, according to a report.

The show's team have apparently been battling to sign up celebrities following the racism controversy which engulfed the programme's 2007 run.

Many stars have reportedly decided to reject offers from Big Brother producers because they do not want their careers to suffer after living in the house.

Jade Goody and Jo O'Meara struggled to regain their popularity after being accused of racism and bullying on the programme nearly two years ago.

One celebrity agent told the Daily Star Sunday: "A few of my stars have been approached but, to be honest, they are quite reluctant. So much went wrong last time and celebrities don't want to sign up for something that could ruin their careers overnight."

Celebrity Big Brother returns to Channel 4 on January 2.

Yeah its going to be even more Z-list than ever ZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZ-List

I hope Alesha Dixon and Javine will be on the show.

Maybe Damon Albarn. I think Noel Gallagher would be a great housemate.

Tbh i can imagine things like "Madonna's 2nd cousin twice removed" being on it
Leslie Grossman

:o Amazing. Let this be true!

I don't care who else goes in and whether I've heard of them or not. I will watch anyway and will most likely enjoy it. I'm glad it's beginning so early in January. It'll be something to lift the post-Christmas depression.
