I'm gutted. Flo Rida has had so many number 1's and will sell really well anyway. We all know The Sats are going to fall like a brick next week so why can't they just have this week...

In all fairness, don't you think a consistent seller who isn't selling on hype deserves the top spot a lot more than a heavily frontloaded new release ?

She's 28 and 50 on Itunes, so combined she must be real close to the top 20 ! Plus the album is back in the top 15 in today's midweeks so it's all good for Ellie :wub:

That's why even being a Sugababes fan I'm glad that 'Get Sexy' didn't bring them #1 because the chart-run then wasn't looking good. I'd better have another at least 'Round Round' #1 in terms of chart-run!

 

The difference between 'Get Sexy' and 'Missing You' is that the Sats are struggling for their 1st #1 while Sugababes already had six #1s and I understand why it's far more important for MY to get #1 than for GS. But the point 'Oh they didn't have #1 before, let them have one' is irrelevant for me.

Na, It's just because i realised i was taking this obession far two much, as you could see by my comments i said number 2-3 is still very impressive. I was annoying everyone. So for my sake i have decided to calm down.

If The Saturdays had released Ego and Higher as lead singles from the albums they would have got two number ones. Forever Is Over and Missing You are nothing in comparison to the former two tracks so the record company only have themselves to blame.

And Neil, you know nothing i have never changed my loyalties from Miley :L I supported her for every album and every single. She's also frequently number one in my personal charts and i leave comments on the pop forums.
