January 2, 201114 yr Rolling In The Deep and Grenade will both be #1 and they are the only certain ones... I don't really know when Grenade's released so What's My Name? might get there too?! :P Rolling In The Deep will definitely beat Ke$ha though...but I'm not sure if We R Who We R or Grenade will be #2 that week...
January 2, 201114 yr It can't exactly have been 'everywhere' by now since it only premiered in full last night. That is the problem. It has been left too late IMO. I don't know whether it can get the airplay support to do well. Have heard it now, it's alright on first listen. It's no Girlfriend or Complicated.

It's no Girlfriend or Complicated. I cant understand why people could download it on iTunes if it's availble for free in her Facebook? I liked What the hell but its not as good as Girlfriend. January 3, 201114 yr Rolling in the Deep - Adele Grenade - Bruno Mars TBA- Beyonce TBA - Lady Gaga TBA - Leona Lewis
January 3, 201114 yr I cant understand why people could download it on iTunes if it's availble for free in her Facebook? Ke$ha did it with Tik Tok and We R Who We R, and both hit number one, in the US at least, so it doesn't appear to do all that much damage. I still don't see What The Hell hitting number one though, to be honest either way. I think Rihanna's sorted for a number one next week, and I think Katy Perry will nab one with the lead off of the re-release (especially if it's the duet she's been hinting at!). Bruno Mars should manage it too, and Gaga will. Britney could, if she actually bothered to promote the blasted song properly, but I can't see it happening, sadly.

I hope to GOD the Katy Perry and Rihanna duet is true! That will challenge GaGa & Beyoyo fo' sure!
January 3, 201114 yr Rolling in the Deep - Adele Grenade - Bruno Mars TBA- Beyonce TBA - Lady Gaga TBA - Leona Lewis GaGa's song is called 'Born This Way'
January 3, 201114 yr I really hope Adele is number 1 with Rolling in the deep. I always found Chasing Pavements hugely overated so i was glad Make you feel my love became another signiture hit for her. I hope Rolling in the deep is another one. It's different then anything out there at the moment and there is still interest in Adele with small increase in 19's sales and 21 being in several pre order charts.
January 4, 201114 yr I just realised Wretch 32 is also released on 17 Jan - I think Adele may have to settle for #2 or maybe even #3 or #4. It'll be a high selling top 4 of Bruno, Wretch, Ke$ha and Adele in whatever order that week anyway I reckon.
January 4, 201114 yr Grenade is a surefire #1. Its performance worldwide demonstrates that if nothing else imo. I don't like the Adele song at all but judging by its reception it will easily be top 3 and #1 unless Ke$ha blocks it. I have no idea on so many of the others tbh. Have listened to most of them and there's hits and misses but the UK public are so fickle and the charts are kinda unpredictable at times [Alexis Jordan #3 anyone?], so we'll have to see. And no 'Alice' as not a proper release. It had a video if I recall but got no airplay at all and only played over the end credits of the movie [and it was pretty awful by Avril's usual standards]. If they do release WTH on the specified date, it has no chance in hell of being #1 and I think it'll struggle for top 10. They need to get it to radio and TV ASAP and release it properly in Feb. The 14th would be perfect :heehee: I worry for Avril but then I thought she'd genuinely struggle for success with her last album and she proved me wrong. Edited January 4, 201114 yr by GrAmii
January 4, 201114 yr GaGa's song is called 'Born This Way' Thought that was the album title  Anyone know when we'll be hearing it?
January 4, 201114 yr Thought that was the album title  Anyone know when we'll be hearing it? It might be the album title actually, now I think about it :P She's definitely releasing *something* with that title Edited January 4, 201114 yr by ★BlindFaithBray★
January 4, 201114 yr I really hope Ke$ha gets a number 1. Her success seems to be lacking in the UK :( compared to her popularity in the US. Edited January 4, 201114 yr by JAM123

January 4, 201114 yr Yes, it's the album. I actually think Ke$ha's gonna beat Adele with this single. I can see 'Grenade' getting multiple weeks at #1, so I reckon it will be #1 Bruno #2 Ke$ha #3 Wretch 32 #4 ADELE
January 4, 201114 yr It might be the album title actually, now I think about it :P She's definitely releasing *something* with that title Thought so. I doubt its the lead single, i think its the album titile. :) All will be revealed soon.. Edited January 4, 201114 yr by Karma
I wouldn't rule out Diddy-Dirty Money 'Coming Home' just yet either. This could also become a fairly big top 5 hit. As for Adele, whilst I would like to see 'Rolling In The Deep' top the UK charts, I think it could depend on what 'Grenade' sells in its first week. If it has big opening sales, and then I assume the album release the following week (?) Bruno may actually spend a couple of weeks at #1. Either that or Bruno Mars goes #1, then Adele, then Bruno climbs back to #1 the week after.
January 4, 201114 yr Grenade will be number one for a few weeks. That Adele song is boring as is the kesha one. I can see the Bruno Mars song having a large appeal
January 4, 201114 yr Would like to see Bruno at number one for several weeks just to keep Kesha off, ADELE's new song doesn't scream number one to me too. Hopefully 2011 will see less non number ones and less one weekers in general
