You can look on HMV to see if an album has been re-released......

On first listen to Champagne Showers, I think it's dreadful.

I was actually a bit disappointed about Tinie's re-release with Till I'm Gone, because in the US the song went top 100 the day it was released, but in the UK it took weeks to get into the top 100.
