At least this missed the Top20.

A Xmas song already! Why? Please say it's just rumours that he's doing a duet with Mariah Carey of 'All I Want For Christmas Is You'

It will reach the No1 on at least one chart: The Hate Chart

This and Katy should both be out of the top 40 this week. WHY DO I NOT HATE THIS?!?!? Apart from the use of the word 'shawty', I am not minding this, pleasant.

Not just "shawty", he also says "Imma be" and "word on the street".

I think Justin has better songs than this tbh.

Far too early for releasing a Christmas song.
To be fair to Bieber, if he released something like Heart Skips A Beat, Beautiful People or Change The Way You Kissed Me he'd still be slaughtered here.

No it's not if it's by a successful pop act. It's the way to get some advantage when radio station are really starting to play Christmas songs. They'll remember that "hey Bieber has that new song and it's sold pretty well already, let's play it"

What's with all those ancient climbers on album chart?

That's probably true tbh.

I thought Steps would fall further than #3 (not that I wanted them to).

"I Won't Let You Go" is deathly dull, deserved to go the same way as that uneventful Dido comeback single.

YES YES! Noel #1 about time the legend comes back.

Fully deserved! I have to say that if Matt got to #1 then seriously I would leave this bloody country :P

Please say it's just rumours that he's doing a duet with Mariah Carey of 'All I Want For Christmas Is You'

It's not rumours. It's sad but true. :arrr:

#21 seems to be the favourite numbers for OA/OS releases.

Til The World ends peaked at #21, Notorious was #21 three times, this is at #21.....

...and Paramore's "Monster" got there too

This tune desrves to be at 37 this week, Bad dance record

When/if Bieber releases the decent song for once I think he'll be granted for it. Not by everyone surely but still. But for my taste I haven't heard ANY good Bieber song, that is his problem for me. He's like an average boyband with their stupid marketing strategies, just the boyband consisted of only 1 member.

Noel really has had a good start, the album should have some very good sales and very few acts of his genre can have two straight top 20 hits these days, I wonder if these reports that both Liam and Noel want to get back together are really true? :P

Scottish kitsch-dance producer, Calvin Harris, burst on to the UK music scene with his tongue-in-cheek single, "Acceptable In The 80s", which reached number 10 in the UK singles chart. A blend of retro synth sounds, and knowing lyrics it set the template for Harris' debut full length, I CREATED DISCO, released in June 2007. The album was preceded by Harris' second single, "The Girls", which upping the ante with it's ironic claims of sexual attractiveness--set to a synth sample from the Human League--the single shot top number 3 in the single charts. - HMV

I'll accept 5 weeks top 20 for IWLYG. I have heard 'Up' now and it's almost as good so hopefully it can be another biggish hit for him. :D

Nine weeks top 20 for FSC is great too. It's outlasted Heart Skips A Beat. :D
