December 18, 201114 yr Amy Winehouse :D Her voice is purely AMAZING. Wish this song had done better :( I'm glad it didn't. Amy disgarded it for a reason, it wasn't good enough. To release something she wasn't 100% with after she's gone is discomforting.
December 18, 201114 yr I did wonder how they charted in 2006 - I guess that makes sense, sort of like how Band Aid went top 3 again in 1985 from leftover CDs from 1984. (They must have printed a metric f***ton of copies to still have that many left over after how much it sold in 1984!) Remember buyig this in 2005 and 2006 - in 2005 i got the vinyl then the following year the cd version!!

December 18, 201114 yr Wizzzzzard! Not too much of a drop considering the price went back up and it didn't reach the top 40 last year :D
December 18, 201114 yr Author I'm glad it didn't. Amy disgarded it for a reason, it wasn't good enough. To release something she wasn't 100% with after she's gone is discomforting. Even though her family approve and it is for charity? Thats a bit harsh. It is a great song, and if she disregarded it, I am glad others haven't.
December 18, 201114 yr Wizzard :D no matter how many times I hear it, it never fails to make me feel festive
December 18, 201114 yr Wizzzzzard! Not too much of a drop considering the price went back up and it didn't reach the top 40 last year :D It seems the 59p offer has just brought Christmas songs back to the public's attention more than last year - like I said they're still doing better than last year even now they're full price again.
December 18, 201114 yr I love the wizzard song aswell and like many other christmas classics its a shame it never made number 1, i would love to know total sales for christmas songs such as wizzrd, mariah, slade, shakin stevans and the pogues to name but a few.
December 18, 201114 yr Oh GOD, they're going to play the Military Wives thing aren't they. Edited December 18, 201114 yr by Michael Bubré

I have no objections to where the money is going but dragging up a long dead song from 2002 doesn't seem to me to be honouring Amy's music. Anything post-Back to Black would have done, maybe the duet with Nas. Edited December 18, 201114 yr by Paramore

Anything post-Back in Black would have done, maybe the duet with Nas. Well, I think its lovely and shows off her vocals perfectly, regardless of how old it is.
December 18, 201114 yr Oh good, nice to hear this on Radio 1 :D Hopefully bump it back up a few percent on iTunes!
