It'd be seriously unlucky for Marina to just miss out on the #1 album too  :(

Will Reggie shut the f*** up harping on about Cover Drive? NOBODY CARES

The rage of Doug

:kink: sorry if I'm being a *little* bit overdramatic. it'd be nice for marina to have kept the number 1 album though!

I let out an excitable squeal when they played the breakdown.

I know!

I let out an excitable squeal when they played the breakdown.

I bet they'll go back to the awful chart show edit when it drops out of the top 10 again

Album Discussion Here

LaserLight

Laserlight is so DIRE. At least Jessie usually has personality on her tracks, this is just VAPID.

they're finally playing the proper version of this, I would be happier but its getting a bit old now :(

Ever on trend, I've just bought 'Starships'.

Fingers, toes and eyes crossed for Marina to have kept the top spot on the album chart!

Had a feeling this would drop to #8!

I've just thought - if Tulisa had released today like it was originally scheduled to, Marina would've been top 10. :(

(just thinking up reasons of who to blame for Marina not getting top 10, and for the record I do like Tulisa's song :P)

*acts shocked, pretends he didn't hear*

Reggie, continue talking about Cover Drive, rather than Bieber. :D

'LaserLight' already looking like becoming another long-running hit for Jessie J then, much like 'Domino'. It seemingly came from nowhere following the music video premiere and now the radio have begun to pick up on it. Still hoping for a performance on The Voice UK, but I feel she's reluctant to use her position as a musician - though will.i.am and Tom Jones both have new material pending - so surely the next few weeks are a good opportunity to perform live. We've apparently got Scissor Sisters performing 'Only the Horses' next week (week 3), so Jessie could perform the following week?

What I like about Jessie J with this era is all her songs have sounded different to eachother and have all showed a different side to her, she should be applauded for that at least.

I quite like Laser Light. :)

Can someone just kill Jessie J('s career) already? The amount of suffering she has caused with her terrible music is surely on a similar level to that of Hitler and Osama Bin Laden by now.

Tom, here's the proper cover for "LaserLight". ^_^

It's fine, I am being entertained by all this indignation!

Love how Jessie has transformed with the last two singles. One minute she's all serious and full of self empowerment cliche lyrics, and the minute she wants a hit in the US she comes out with a Katy Perry track and a collab with a DJ.
