May 13, 201213 yr 8 (from 21) Rihanna - Where Have You Been [D] Chart Run: 61-xx(23 wks)21-8 [3 wks] Am I the only one who doesn't like this Rihanna song? :drama:
May 13, 201213 yr Where Have You Been  It sounds so fresh and current to a lot of the songs in the chart today. I love it and it sounds great on a night out! I wonder if she's going to release a single after now this era has gone back on track. I personally hope for Drunk On Love or Roc Me Out. I can't believe how WHYB has rocketed to the top 10 already, two singles after You Da One couldn't get there. It was clearly a mistake releasing that one, I think they should have released something else or bypassed it as the album does have a couple of other great tracks.
May 13, 201213 yr This sounds so like WFL in parts! Is it a Calvin Harris remix or something? It is produced by Calvin. Strange that he got a feature on WFL but not this. Anyway, Rihanna's 548,548,518,716,818th top 10 hit :P I have come around to this now, very fast grower after finding it meh at first. Edited May 13, 201213 yr by B.r.É
May 13, 201213 yr I'm fed up with STIUTK now. I think he's gonna be one-hit wonder, his new single is gonna flop so badly. You're probably right :( Eyes Wide Open is a really good song, but I doubt radio stations will give it a proper chance
May 13, 201213 yr This sounds so like WFL in parts! Is it a Calvin Harris remix or something? He produced it with Dr Luke.
May 13, 201213 yr Author It is prdocued by Calvin. Strange that he got a feature on WFL but not this. Ahh! Thanks. The rules on crediting confuse me. If there are any rules that is.
May 13, 201213 yr this is growing, but it still feels a bit messy, it seems like she tried to cram in too much into one song

May 13, 201213 yr I may get hanged, drawn and quartered for this but I still do not see what's so special about Gotye. It's a nice song but it should've gone to #7 and disappeared five weeks later. I appear to be the only person on the planet to think this though. I'm not overly keen on it either, I prefer the #2 Best seller of the year Titanium.
May 13, 201213 yr Glad this did not outpeak 'Like A G6', its a complete 'On The Floor' rip-off and hopefully will disappear very soon.
May 13, 201213 yr Glad this did not outpeak 'Like A G6', its a complete 'On The Floor' rip-off and hopefully will disappear very soon. Now that's a comparison I've never seen before! I don't hear it at all personally. Why are they playing the awful Party Rock remix? <_< Although having said that I don't think I've ever seen the video of the original on TV so maybe it doesn't have one? May 13, 201213 yr Now that's a comparison I've never seen before! I don't hear it at all personally. The backing track for the verses sound almost identical to me.

May 13, 201213 yr Bieber seems to have officially STOPPED being irritating in his songs :o this is still crap though, sounds like such a faceless rip-off of, well, everything really. Don't they say 'Party Rock' in the breakdown
May 13, 201213 yr Is it just me, or is this version of Drive By Radio 1 are playing a semitone lower than it should be?

May 13, 201213 yr Now that's a comparison I've never seen before! I don't hear it at all personally. There are practically identical noises in it! Never did I think I'd see the day that Train were popular again. This is far from their best, though, so I can't say I really understand how this has happened.
