Not liking "Holy Grail".

A bit of a flop for Eliza considering she was top 10 on airplay before it was released. Very weak effort from her, I don't like it

She's top 10 on airplay but that's with very little support from either Radio 1 or Capital. The more chart-influencing radio stations aren't what's putting her in the top 10, it's stuff like being A-listed by Radio 2 (biggest radio station in the country but irrelevant to the charts).

GL started so huge though so it was never going to spend ages in top ten.

 

14 weeks is 'ages', what standard do you have if it isn't? :P

Glad "Bang Bang" got another week in the top 10! Still loving it. :)

Their album was at the time the fastest selling debut of all time IIRC, maybe that confused you? :P

 

I think it was the Westlife sale the following week, for some reason I had them tangled up in my mind, can't believe You Raise Me Up opened so hugely :lol: It is a career highlight of theirs though I guess.

His 9th (if we include WFL) top 10 single from 18 Months with a current #9 peak, how fitting!

I do wonder if Calvin would of stuck Off The Record on 18 months had it done better? We could of been celebrating 10 Top 10 singles today if he had.

Calvin now has a record 8 top 10 singles from this album even excluding 'We Found Love' (I don't really get why the OCC are now counting that as a Calvin single still). Incredible. 'Thinking About You' is still growing on me loads, could become one of my favourites of the '18 Months' singles!
