Uncombined, OneRepublic have just passed 0.5 and are still rapidly increasing. Not suggesting they're headed for #1 but they're certainly doing better than this post implies (probably selling on ~55-60k a week level (assuming Katy is still selling on a 100k+ a week level which the mids indicate she is) which would be easily top 5 on any week).

 

I would reckon this will climb up to 4/5 by Sunday I don't think the weekend effect will hurt its chances maybe Drake could climb back up to 2 especially after Arctic Monkeys covered it in the Live Lounge and it was amazing...so much better than the lazy, bland original

It is on an advert - which is the only reason it's charting at all - but specifically climbed a ton in the latter half of today (technically yesterday now). Hopefully the ad might be shown during X Factor to give it another big boost?

 

Definitely should have smashed in UP (I gave it my 20 IIRC, possibly 15). Was introduced to it through Teams a bit before UP so known it for ages already, will be slightly weird but amazing to hear it in the chart. A bit like 'C O O L'.

I can hear the Fatboy Slim influence in the song, but the mix in the chorus sounds more like Cedric Gervais - Molly :lol:
