i know was thinking that then itd get a boast from the performances too. Should go top 20 next week anyway but be short lived in the top 40 maybe 2/3 weeks!

Hopefully! As long as it gets Top 40, I'm happy tbh. :)

Probably not..I can see that there are many jealous people who hate talented people..Especially the minors..When they like songs like Gangnam Stlyle, The Fox, My n**** e.t.c and they blame/hate Emeli Sande, it sounds like they have a mental disorder. At least, they could say :I don't like her songs but i respect her as an artist". I speak generally and not for you..

Why have I never spoken to you before? Such truth. She only gets hate because she's far more talented than the next Britney, Rihanna, etc. :drama:

Avril Lavigne "Let Me Go" to #59.

Her label should get this reduced to 59p. I think it could really save the era and become a good sized hit.

Not that it's not been done a million times but no one thinks Emeli Sandé is genuinely talentless and awful. They're just sick to death of an average singer-songwriter being hailed as the Messiah.

Agreed. Just downloaded it. :D

Also speaking of 59p, The 1975 have reduced Girls to 59p and is currently at #55.

Every bit of this!

YAY. Probably too late for top 40 this week but definitely next week, which is when I think there'll be a few singles around as well.

I can't believe this is doing better than 'Rock N Roll' when it's SO inferior. :(

60. Rudimental - Free (feat. Emeli Sandé)

and i repeat..This should be 59 places higher.. :P

Emeli Sande is a great vocalist. I can't believe that she has haters..Probably people with low self-esteem.. :kink:

Escapar82, if I see once again, that you're talking about people like this (even in general), your warn level will be raised back to 10%.

Plus you were the one who was speaking about how important is to tolerate different people's different taste and now you're the one who's intolerant and can't understand other's opinion of your favourites.

Top 40 COMING :cheer:

(should be 54 places higher :heehee:)

It is a great song though and I think it's to do with the song being a more mature offering from Avril than the previous singles. Fingers crossed that some stations pick it up. I think it would fit very well with Heart FM/Magic/BBC Radio 2. She managed to get a performance on The Voice earlier this year, so I am praying she can get a slot on X-Factor too.

WTF i mean WTH happy days would love this to go top 40, great track. Pity its only radio 1 that supports them commercially. Ive said it a thousand times record labels should push to have all the post album single as 59p tracks to get them into the top 40 & therefore more airplay!

 62. Carry Me - Bombay Bicycle Club

killin it *.*

Would love this to be top 40 this week, but im sure itll fall as quickly as it rises by the 2nd half of the week!

Yeah it won't last long, but I think it's had a similar itunes peak to Shuffle so far!

 16. Katy B - 5 AM

Where did Shuffle peak on itunes?

Just looking back, looks like I was wrong - Shuffle actually peaked at #40 on itunes :o <3

You're just wrong..Of course, everybody has an opinion..I remember some members who hate Skyscraper (a decent ballad song) and they said "Die" and other bad things because of Demi Lovato (If London Grammar/Haim/John Newman/Artic Monkeys) said this song, they would praise it..So, we can hate songs and artists with every bad word/meaning but we can't make conclusions about people who hate those artists/songs so much..I know that hating is not a good thing but i always vote for songs and not for artists in Hate Chart like others (I contribute to this thread every week). For example, people who hate Miley, Lady Gaga, Demi Lovato, Emeli Sande e.tc, they will vote them forever even their songs will be the best..They are not open-minded, just haters..I only see this to members who listen certainly alternative/dance music..

Last but not least, there are some people "who hate chocolate but they eat shits" and some other people "who hate shits but they adore chocolate"..What does mean? That everybody has a good taste..??

Ben's point being that other poster shouldn't be referred to, even indirectly, as having mental disorders. Given that my cousin has one, I actually find it a bit offensive.

1. I'm not wrong, I asked you something to watch out what you write, it's not a question of "I'm wrong or not"!

2. "So, we can hate songs and artists with every bad word/meaning but we can't make conclusions about people" - not exactly, not with every bad word. Those who say extreme words will be warned too. You can argue about an artist, but you better not take an argument into personal levels OR generalising people. It's in our rules!

You're posts are a lot of times too heated. So why do you think you're different to those "haters", if you act the same way?

3. Generalising is not the way forward, and you DO generalise people.

4. Good taste is subjective, because everyone thinks he/she has a good taste. just an example, I think melon is shit because I hate it, but does that make someone having a bad taste because he/she likes melon?

PS: if you think someone uses inappropriate words about an artist, you should report it to a mod.

I can't believe this is doing better than 'Rock N Roll' when it's SO inferior. :(

Rock N Roll deserved so much better :(
