Originally the solo project of singer/songwriter Dan Smith, Bastille expanded to a quartet after he decided to form a band and got some of his friends involved. They definitely appeal to rock fans, but not a single guitar is used on the album (although they do occasionally use them live). I didn't realise there was a competition for 1975 Belfast tickets.
