No 'Wrecking Ball'? :o

Great to see 'Can We Dance' on disc 1, though, and YAY for 'Lifted'! :cheer:

(I may actually buy this album - although there'll be a huge gap seeing as the last one I bought was Now! 74 )

Doesn't look too bad but I'm quite out of touch, so there's a few there I can't even hum. ECSTATIC to see Arctic Monkeys finally make an appearance, I thought they never would.

What is the TBC about though? Loony fingers crossed for Loving You....

I'd guess the TBC is because they're still trying to get the rights to a particular song, my guess is 'Same Love'. Interesting that Holy Grail isn't on there and a shame that Why'd You Only Call Me When You're High? isn't on there but it's understandable.

What's going to be track 22? Hopefully 'Wrecking Ball'! Surely they can't ignore that?

I think it's time to flood their facebook page with "Where's 'Wrecking Ball'?" until they change it again like they did for Flo Rida the other year :drink:

Disappointed that 'Move' isn't on there as well.

OK-ish tracklisting. Is that the first ever Arctic Monkeys appearance on a Now album? Glad either way as it would be stupid to ignore just because its a little bit more alternative.

I wish they'd have included London Grammar over Bruno Mars though. (Also Rizzle Kicks new one, but that's understandable seeing as this one hasn't been a hit yet)

I don't think they were ignoring Arctic's because "they're a little bit more alternative". It's definitely licensing issues or some stuff like that.

They should get rid of Bruno and Dizzee and with "TBC" they should add Little Mix, Britney Spears & Miley Cyrus. :drink:

Far from amazing track listing but woo for double Avicii and all of the big recent dance hits :D

A lot of people seem disappointed in NOW 86, and I don't understand why. It's another fantastic track listing. Can't wait to buy it.

I wonder what track 22 will be.

I'm not sure why either, bar Wrecking Ball which I don't care about, I can't think of much missing. Eminem perhaps. I'm a bit underwhelmed but that's because I thought the music of the last couple of months has been a bit naff anyway. But I'm very pleased to see Arctic Monkeys there.

Arctic Monkeys finally appearing on a Now album :cheer:

I think Track 22 should be Wrecking Ball.

Whether you like or dislike the tracklist perhaps depends on your preferred genre...if you're a dance fan I can't see anyone being disappointed as all the big club hits are on here, and yay espesh for double Avicii!

For me the only one I'd have liked to have seen on here is Skip to the Good Bit, but as Chez sez it's perhaps a bit too early for that - surely one for Now 87 though if it's a big enough hit.

I wouldn't be surprised if 'Wrecking Ball' ended up on Now 87 - I'm sure there was a similar situation with Rihanna's 'Diamonds' where it appeared an album late.

Just realised Taylor Swift & Ed Sheeran aren't on NOW 86. :(

And yet they could be disc 1 track 22. Certainly wouldn't be out of place there.

I doubt it. I reckon there's something special about the final track, otherwise why keep it a secret? It might be that Eminem track people are speculating about or maybe a new release out on the run up to Christmas. Don't forget Mad World was on Now 56 as a pre-release. Same with Kate Winslet's What If on Now 50 (though that didn't get to No 1, it was a big hit at the time) course I could be wrong, but will be interesting to see what the TBC track is.

Anyway good to see Arctic Monkeys make their Now debut. I Bet You Look Good.... Should of made Now 62 or even 63 as it was massive. Surprised to see Fatboy Slim on Track 1 of Disc 2. I guess Now thought it would be a massive Number 1 too :D

The last NOW! album I bought was... wait for it... 38!!!

This is the first time I've seen a now album where I know and like a lot of them, almost to the point I'd buy it (I won't). ! Never thought I'd say that ever again! So many great dance tunes, Ben Pearce, Storm Queen, Calvin Harris, Chase and Status... WOW!

I've never really got why lovers of particular songs buy the albums, maybe it's to look back at the past three months in music or whatever but you can just download them individually. It's much more of a family thing, which is why it still sells bucketloads these days. I just buy them because I was obsessed with them at a young age and I don't download (I stream) so it would be nice to have these songs on a CD format (and get to listen to the Ministry Of Sound songs).

Been a collector for years but these days I mostly listen to them in my car, do it never really matters how many songs I really like are there.
