He was asked about the 5th judge thing in this video, and he said "news to me", so I'm not sure if that's actually a confirmed thing? I don't think Tulisa will be anywhere near X Factor this year tbh.

Here's a picture of Cheryl & Mel doing a Capital FM interview together, not sure when this will be airing though: https://pbs.twimg.com/media/Bt92k80IEAAlw7A.jpg:large

I'd like to have her back, I think he is meaning more Judges Houses though

This series of X Factor will OFFICIALLY be the first british series to broadcast internationally!

It is airing in america on the AXS TV network and on the RTL CBS entertainment network in south east asia!

Here is the AXS TV commercial (same as the UK with different music)

I wonder if other countries will be able to vote or impact it with social media or something?!

I remember voting in 2012 on Australian X-Factor and didn't even broadcast here. They had a Facebook app, but you could only vote once obviously as it was free. I did watch last year's too but I don't know if they had Facebook voting then, I unliked the page becsue of spoilers as obviously I couldn't watch live.

I HOPE NOT!!!! This is X Factor UK i want a winner voted for souley by the UK i dont want other countries f**king up our show! Besides it does air a day later in the USA so they wouldnt be able to vote!

To be fair, we don't need other countries to f*** the show up. We can do that ourselves.

Apparently it IS confirmed that Sia will be joining Cheryl in France for the judge house ! :cheer:

Other guests should be Jason Derulo, Tulisa, Sinitta and Paula Abdul.

This returns on Saturday August 30 at 8pm :D
I actually feel the most excited I have done in years for this series! I guess I'm really happy to see Cheryl and Simon back for a start, and hopefully Mel B will be as brilliant as she was during her guest-judge stint. Bring it on!

Can't wait for the first episode tonight. Bring on the inevitable use of Leona's "Run"/"I Will Be"/"Footprints In The Sand". B-)
Quite excited - I haven't watched properly in a few years but now Cheryl is back, Mel B permanent and that annoying person from N-Dubz has gone I think I'll resume watching!

I'm much more excited this year too!

Cheryl has always been my fave, plus I think Simon is what's been missing from the panel. Mel B was fab on X-Factor Australia too (although an awful mentor as I keep saying ), plus as annoying as he can be if wouldn't be the same without Louis. No Gary f***ing Barlow is just the massive cherry on the top!

I feel like the people complaining about this on Twitter and Facebook are much, much worse than the actual programme.
I shan't be watching tonight as I have PRESSING REAL LIFE COMMITMENTS (they didn't get the memo that every saturday/sunday evening from now until Christmas IS X Factor time).
YES X Factor is officially the countdown until Christmas *.* Actually dead excited to see Cheryl and Simon back, hopefully it's a good show tonight!

Oh god ikr? I can already sense the flood of tweets/statuses complaining about it, just don't watch it :drama: Not that I don't do if when football is on, but only once really, some people complain about it just as often as I live tweet it

My twitter timeline is only full of X-Factor because I naturally follow people who have similar interests, most people probably see like two tweets and go off on one about it ruining their timeline and the entirety of TV.
