Worst Now of all time but we certainly got the right songs in the top 3 by the looks of things.

From their debut album ' Hot Fuss', 'Somebody Told Me' originally only got to Number 28 in Summer 2004, but got re-released as the follow up to 'Mr Brightside' in early 2005 and sent The Killers into the Top 3 singles chart, helping The Killers to become one of the biggest bands of 2005. It's great to see The Killers continuing to do well on the Now Rates too. :)

Debut solo single from No Doubt singer Gwen Stefani. With it's anthemic catchy chorus 'What You Waiting For?' stormed into the UK Top 40, peaking at Number 4 on release back in 2004, and was just the start of a massive solo era for Gwen when she released her album 'Love, Angel, Music, Baby'.

Expected Gwen to be No.1, but admittedly, it is a pop gem. Great to see The Killers at No.2 though! Some appreciation for a bit of rock on these forums!

'Dakota' is such an angsty anthem, 'Somebody Told Me' is my favourite Killers track & 'What You Waiting For?' is a top pop track, well chosen Buzzjack!

Dakota and Galvanise are both abysmal :puke:

 

Great top 2 though, especially the seminal What You Waiting For *.*

It was a sub-par edition but the cream did rise to the top. WYWF is a good winner but it should have been the sensational Galvanize.

Overrated winner. Not surprised it won at all though. 'Somebody Told Me' smashing it too! *.*

Gotta admit, not that big on Stereophonics, but 'Dakota' is definitely one of their more tolerable songs.

 

And 'Gavanize' is flawless. By far my favourite Chem Bros song. Ahead of 'Hey Boy, Hey Girl' & 'Let Forever Be'.

Really amazing top 4, What You Waiting For is a predictable winner but it's great and fab to see Dakota and Galvanize do so well :wub: Great positions for This Is The Lats Time and An Honest Mistake, both really criminally underrated. I genuinely believe this album had some great moments amongst all the forgettable stuff/crap. (I'm rather glad my -1 knocked Girls Aloud down a bit, couldn't have bared seeing that any higher)
