The Guetta song is so generic, pretty much an Avicii song (I know he co-produced it but STILL he can be a bit more original). I guess that explains its success but still.

Anyway Haim is the best new release this week and their the lowest. I've not heard the Guetta track yet and I don't really want to. If it's supposedly worse version of wake me up, then that is ear torture

I haven't heard David Guetta's new track but if his past music is anything to go by, that's probably for the better.

 

Yey at Union J being Top Ten, I hope they can rise, I couldn't give two shits about their music but they all seemed so lovely on the X Factor so I want them to succeed commercially.

 

Also I hope Black Widow rises, if only slightly. Plus if No Mediocre achieves a Top 40 placing I'll be happy as it could mean by Sunday the 24th, 4 of her songs (led and features) will be in the Top 40...

Not sure luck had much to do with it tbh! Poor songs and (latterly) poor promotion.

This song is poor but their label has managed to get them very good Capital support and on the lottery show, see how this drops off in the next few days tho....

Bit of a clearout this week, depends how many new tracks are still in the 40 by the end of the week.
