This year's victim of manipulating a contestant out has happened then. Still not quite sure how they ruined his chances so brutally after he had a decent voice.

While I liked Paul, it's clear the producers wanted him gone, he's been thrown under about 3 buses now. Saying that I wish Jay went.

I used to defend Louis, but he really is totally spineless isn't he. Urgh.

Louis doing his "I'm taking it to deadlock" and not sending anyone home routine is his message to us that the producers made him do that (in the same way as Rylan vs. Carolynne) - it was nearly a word for word repeat as that sing-off.

 

Aside from that glad Only the Young got through but Paul really deserved to stay.

The sad thing is Jay will get the rebound vote next week now so he will probably last another week at least.

So the run continues, whoever performs 2nd in the sing-off has got through every week.

 

What with it being Simon's show, he was obviously gonna make sure all his acts made it to the Tour. Jay will probably leave next week unless he performs last.

Mel B is really pissed at Louis at the Xtra Factor.

How are Only The Young still there, such a pointless act, they won't do a thing if they won. Don't get me started on Stereokicks and their lead singer always closing one of his eyes to hit notes!

Because they are fun although I agree they won't do anything if they won or go down the same route as Same Difference if they did.

Glad It was Paul, Jay is my favourite (with Ben). Hopefully Stereo Kicks will be out next week (or Only the Young/Stevie) and Jay will stay for at least top five.

In response to a question on Xtra Factor, Cheryl said that if she could run the show for a week she'd get rid of the themes. Please let Cheryl run the show! :wub:

Mel's going to get stick when really her group has been at the mercy of the producers. 4/5 weeks one of her boys have sang first.

I was mainly just glad that OTY got through, but Paul has a much stronger voice than Jay so a bit gutted about that.

 

 

This interview with Paul is crushing, he knows he has been screwed, he cant blame Mel as he knows it wasn't her fault he cant really blame himself as he didn't do much wrong. He just wasn't what Simon and the producers wanted especially for the tour over others left in.

Agree, it's really painful to watch. He clearly doesn't even feel he's able to talk about it - or unsure what he can and can't say anyway.
