Presumably the reason Krept & Konan are going Top 10 is because they've made a generic rap formula hit, rather than making grime records like Bizzle and Stylo G do.

 

Surely Stylo G makes dancehall crossover songs, not grime!? Mustard songs don't always get top 10 here though, so massive for Krept & Konan to achieve that.

Ugh, this is already sounding like hideously generic, DJ Mustard produced urban-pop, Jeremih is fast becoming my least favourite person in music, every time I hear his voice at the start of song, I groan.

Generic for sure, though I think i'd be a little more behind this if it weren't for the terrible verses :(

 

I think 1 thing that makes Jeremih so big is that he has a very similar voice to Chris Brown.

Biography

Jason Joel Desrouleaux (born September 21, 1989), better known by his stage name Jason Derulo (an alternate spelling of his name which shares the same pronunciation), is an American singer, songwriter and dancer. Since the start of his career as a solo recording artist in 2009, Derulo has sold over 45 million singles and has achieved ten career platinum singles, including "Wiggle", "Talk Dirty", "In My Head", and "Whatcha Say".
