"no more albums" - a few acts have said this recently and still produced albums so I don't think it's relative.

I'm excited for this, I love Slide. The reason Heatstroke didn't take off is because it's garbage.

I'm not exactly inspired by the title. I haven't liked either of his last two songs which are some of the worst stuff he's done. I'm hoping the album will be more dance orientated overall but looking at the list of people he's worked with I fear he's heading in more of an urban direction which will disappoint many fans including my self.

Well I was hoping that the word 'funk' in the title would mean he may return to funky house/nu disco a bit on the album like he started his chart career with at the start with 'Acceptable in the 80s' and 'The Girls' and a bit later with 'Ready for The Weekend'. Unlikely though.

'Rollin' is great. This is shaping up to be such a perfect summery album.
Apparently Katy Perry and Nicki Minaj are on the same track called "Soft Lips" and it's premiering on Sunday after the Billboard Music Awards? Hype if it's true!
Heard Rollin' for the first time yesterday, probably in the middle between Slide & Heatstroke, I liked the production!

Two Katy Perry x Nicki Minaj songs in the charts at the same time then I think... interesting...

Calvin said that the rumours were about Swish Swish not a song on his album! So they'll be on separate tracks.

Excited for the Jessie Reyez and Kehlani collabs more than anything.

I'm guessing each track will be a double collab following the pattern so far.

If not, a second Frank Ocean collab would be bomb.

So far I'd rank 1) Slide 2) Rollin 3) Heatstroke

I expect this will be his least successful era. I won't be getting his album and know quite a few friends who also don't like his style of music right now.

Check out the full list of featured artists on this album, as posted on Calvin's Twitter account earlier;

the preview sounds pretty refreshing but unfortunately nothing has really hooked me on

that said, the album needs to be checked out just because you have to hear the full track to value every single effort Calvin (and his team) has put into it

I still have very mixed feelings 'bout it, like I'm sitting on both sides of scales, but trying to make myself sure that forthcoming album is well worth listening to.
