Looks as though The Chainsmokers are pulling away - I do hope they get number one on Friday.

and best news is that the mediocre Cold Water song is down to 0.65 on itunes, so hopefully out of the race for #1, it's already had too many weeks at #1... really rooting for Chainsmokers, think both Bieber songs are charting on name alone rather than on song quality

Closer is growing on me like a tash, I'd definitely prefer something non Bieber at #1. I find him & Drake too much now :(

Pleased to see The Chainsmokers at #1 and am rooting for it this week.

 

Even more delighted to see Bob Marley in the top 10 and Offaiah holding a steady position too.

 

I'd definitely like to see Imani Williams crack the Top 40. :)

Really do wish they went the whole way and did an early 2000s clubland eurodance revival record with Imani complete with 2003 style pop trance production. She already sounds enough like the eurodance singers to complete the nostalgia.

 

Offaiah should blow up soon like 99 Souls did at the end of last year. Great bit of early 2006 nostalgia there. At least not all dance music in the charts is of the futuristic variety (which I dont like)

The single has been removed from iTunes now that it's flopped and the album pre-order is available ('Cool Girl' can be purchased from the album), Guessing that when the single got deleted it removed it from Apple too as the album is not on there yet as a future release #mess

The album was on Apple Music for sure, that's how I noticed. I'm guessing they deleted the single version to attract people the album :)

Yay for Kelly would be amazing if this could go top 40 but with streaming and the hype be over by Tuesdayit wont

Yeah Tove's single must've been deleted for the album pre-order, this is a common thing and nothing to do with flopping! :P

Closer has closer to 20% lead and overtook on Spotify... so we have a new number 1 this week :)
