Nice to see album sales picking up. Looks like Gaga is going to miss out on the top 10. I'm expecting her to be #13-#15 given that her streaming is quite low.

Amazing to see Sia in the top 5 with "The Greatest" - doing great on iTunes and really picking up on spotify! I really hope it'll be a future #1 for her *_*

James Arthur quite low thanks to streaming, but his streaming is picking up nicely. I expect it'll be a top 20 hit at least.

Ariana coming for her first top 10 from her album (assuming Focus isn't on it). I'm sure GaGa will fall behind her by Friday.

And her highest charting song (as a lead artist) since 'Problem'!

She's usually the master of low peakers that hang around and rack up big sales, but looks like she's onto a big smash here with a high peak.

Seriously getting Callum Scott vibes from James Arthur - He's literally had next to no airplay and no promotion yet - If media gets behind him I think he could achieve a sizable long running hit based on what he has achieved so far.

Good sales for Nick Cave and the Bad Seeds. With around 400 sales between them i would hope Meatloaf can keep his top 3 position ahead of The Beatles.

I expected James Arthur to be higher today, he has only moved up 1 place from the last update. It does highlight how little impact itunes sales contribute towards the chart.

KT Tunstall should do around 7.5K, think thats normally enough for top 10

13,202 - 12,631 = 571 according to my maths.

I agree with your iTunes comment. Wonder what difference streaming makes to these 2 artists however?

On iTunes Beatles are at no. 24 (moving up) whereas Meat Loaf is down to no. 48.

So I hope The Beatles can move up to number 3.

The Beatles Album should get a nice boost from the appearance of Paul McCartney and Ringo Starr on "The One Show" this Evening as well as the promotion by Ron Howard for the Film released tomorrow.

Tesco out of stock for last 3 days of Meat Loafs Album, it was a special bonus one only available there.

Nick Cave has really surprised me

Loadsa albums released already over 10k - welcome to the final quarter of the year folks!!

Technically final quarter (ie Q4) starts in October :)

It is a technicality though as the Release Schedule has picked up after the Summer lull.

Where's Barbara Straisand album-wise?

#11!

If everything sold the same today (unlikely but we can estimate), we'd end up with this:

9 PERFECT STRANGERS JONAS BLUE FT JP COOPER

10 ONE DANCE DRAKE FT WIZKID & KYLA

11 PERFECT ILLUSION LADY GAGA :drama:

12 IN THE NAME OF LOVE MARTIN GARRIX & BEBE REXHA

One Dance always spoils the fun :(

So pleased KT is definitely going to be top 10 in the albums, the last album was such a bore (and rightfully missed the top ten IIRC) but Kin is a return to the singer I fell in love with <3

Not to mention that Spotify data is missing which contributes to a fair bit of One Dance's success obviously.
