we already went through this - yes, Bieber exposed the song to the majority of the people in the UK, US and other countries in the anglosphere, but everyone kept buying and listening cuz they love the song.

Particularly when the song is mediocre at best.

I don't think Camila cares about the charts as much as Fifth Harmony do. IIRC, Camila left because she wanted to make her own style music. Idk

Crying in the Club is looking set to be a hit I'd say? Radio 1 have only just playlisted it, plenty of time yet and it's held up reasonably well post-BGT.
