As far as I'm aware it's just a promo single - supposedly 'for the fans'.

It's a single, and Marina is credited as a lead artist rather than a feature

She was on Big Brother's Bit On The Side last night performing her new song, I don't think Artists For Grenfell Tower need to be looking over their shoulder :lol:
