Will Luis Fonsi & Dadddy Yankee feat. Justin Bieber remain at #1 for another week, closest competition comes from Calvin Harris feat. Pharrell Williams, Katy Perry & Big Sean with 'Feels' and Enrique Iglesias fea., Sean Paul & Matt Terry with 'SÚBEME LA RADIO (REMIX)'. New entries from Snakehips feat. Anne Marie and Joey Bada$$ 'Either Way', Skirillex & Poo Bear 'Would You Ever', Tom Zanetti feat. Karen Harding 'More & More' and Charli XCX 'Boys'. The Script and Duke Dumont & Gorgon City could scrape into the 40 and get new peaks with 'The Rain' and Real Love'.

We could be saying goodbye for Lana Del Rey from the #1 album spot as Arcade Fire look certain for a #1 entry with 'Everything Now' closely followed by Passenger with his new studio album 'The Boy Who Cried Wolf', other new albums from Alice Cooper and Earl. That is it for new albums, slim pickings for the week, with a couple of albums from Pet Shop Boys 'Release', 'Nightlife' and 'Fundamental' Remastered albums, they look pretty pricey they are probably garnered towards their own fanbase, as I can't see them charting that high unfortunately.

Dua to sneak into the top 10 by the end of the week, Lana to stay top 10.

Dua to sneak into the top 10 by the end of the week, Lana to stay top 10.

I think Dua should easily sneak in there and probably Enrique just finishing the top 10 still unsure over it though due to its low position on Spotify, hopefully downloads will give it some edge, we be losing Little Mix, Rita and Maggie from the top 10, due to the ratio change.

I hope Julia Michael's album charts but I don't think she's had a physical release, neither has the Passenger album yet

Edited by girl_from_oz

Hopefully Arcade Fire will be Number 1 on albums. 'Everything Now' seems to be getting quite abit of airplay so I'm hoping for around 30-35k for them!
Passengers album is available physically through his website, so imagine he'll be high on first update

Passenger is a sudden release without preorders

So cannot see a high mids figure

curious to see how Arcade Fire do

They used to be my fav band

But they kinda lost it for me

Reviews have been lukewarm and only see negative comments on fb

But on the other hand they've got even r1 support

And done many festivals

NME gave 'Everything Now' a five star review (and I have seen other positive reviews as well as a lot of praise for Arcade Fire's recent tour at smaller venues for them), I will be amazed if the positive buzz doesn't translate to a #1 Album.
Really? Was at the airport reading music magazines and only read mediocre reviews

is Despacito back in normal ratio? it increased last week but not sure if enough

thats a really bad review x Arcade Fire... Pitchfork usually love Arcade Fire, they gave their debut Funeral a 9.7, which is like almost perfection (it actually is), and even Reflektor got a 9.2

is Despacito back in normal ratio? it increased last week but not sure if enough

No, just 12% increase.

No, just 12% increase.
Indeed. To go back to SCR it would have needed to increase its sales by almost 54% so it fell several thousand sales short.

So if it's on ACR, could Feels be looking at a possible #1 this week?
I may be completely misinterpreting this 50% sales thing but does that mean Despacito has to sell 78,581 units this week to be back on SCR the following week? (As it sold 52,387 units this week just gone).
