great to see Jax overtaking Ellie to go top ten already. hopefully he can stay in by the week’s end.

a lot more christmas songs still top 100 than I was expecting too, could Mariah and Wham even hold on? (and give Mariah her 100th chart week a good 11 months early).

The Jackboys Travis Scott album is not even top 100

I assume it's classified either as too short or as a compilation. The tracks are credited to different artists.

ASIB not top 100 despite being top 75 last week :o

Hope it'll return.

So how is Ellie #11 when every other Christmas song dropped outside the top 60? I thought the whole explanation was people asked Alexa to "play Christmas music"?

Yeah it looks like the OCC have treated 'JACKBOYS' as a compilation, as it does indeed have 5 songs in the singles update (since 2 of the songs on the EP are not credited to the 'artist' JACKBOYS for whatever reason). They could easily have released the exact same EP in a way that it'd only have 3 eligible songs, or all 7, just by tweaking the credits.

Looks like we can pretty safely assume now D-Block Europe aren't going to be top 10 (or even top 20 probably), yay xx

People playing last weeks number 1, people trying to figure wth it is :P

And as people have stopped doing that, it's dropped down. It's still on loads of Amazon Music playlists, though.

Yesssss This Is Real going top ten is a nice unexpected surprise! Hope the racist rat that is Camila doesn't overtake.

Doesn't seem to explain why it only dropped 10 places when Mariah dropped to #61. It's still very fishy, to be honest I think they're just making the numbers up

It explains exactly why it's only dropped 10 places. Christmas playlists have stopped being advertised. Mariah is not on any current hit playlists, Ellie is. That's why she's getting way more streams.

It still being on other non-Christmas playlists is the reason it's sticking around more. It's one of those songs that's not really a Christmas song in the same way as the likes of Mariah.

Have to say though, Mariah even still being as high as #61 is quite surprising as the Christmas songs usually dip straight out of the top 100 after the post-Xmas chart - I guess it'll drop further during the week though (and may still yet miss the top 100 this week).

The first chart of the year has become my favourite over the last few years, always exciting to see so many songs climb or re-enter after all the Christmas songs filter out.

But do you really think Amazon is that popular to justify it being that high? I'm gonna need to see something concrete before I believe it's as big as y'all say it is

Camila coming for top 10, good song deserves it! Can’t wait for the music video

Great to see Jax/Ella in the top 10 - that one's really grown on me in the last week.

And Tom Walker definitely looking at a new peak for BHOM!
