Ignition is next to exit in 8th place! The song was R. Kelly's first UK #1 in seven years and reigned at the top for four weeks in May 2003. The song is an outright bop imo and it is difficult not to dance to it but it's undoubtedly been tainted (along with the rest of Kelly's back catalogue) since the publicity surrounding his extensive history of abuse and child grooming (watch Surviving R Kelly on Netflix now!) - to think these allegations were an open secret even before the release of 'Ignition' is unbelievable considering he's only now paying for his crimes. :( It's probably good this song has been booted out early because listening too much to the lyrics doesn't leave a good taste. :puke2:
